Happy New Year

Well, another holiday season has come and gone. Goes too fast, doesn't it? Christmas 2006 was a blast!

Memphis was actually awake, which was nice. He was barely 3 months old last Christmas, so it was a real treat for him this year. Although he did lose interest after the first couple of gifts, he was in good spirits and enjoyed all of his presents! He actually enjoyed the ice scraper Santa left for me in my stocking the most. Kids... go figure. Haha.

We spent lots of time with our families and ate lots of yummy food, of course. I'm sure I've gained weight... mashed potatoes & gravy, doughnuts and homemade brownies will do that to a girl. A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips. But it's all worth it! Yumm-O!

We went to Amanda & Chris's for supper on New Year's Eve... I made turkey fajitas... yes, you read right. I cooked supper. It's one of my resolutions, actually. That, and to save money... and to stop biting my nails.
